These methods are implied to overcome the children's dental phobia and anxiety. Several non-Pharmacological methods like distraction, voice control, modelling, positive reinforcement, Tell-Show-Do, HOME and others were used to help in building a strong relation between child and dentist during dental treatment and hence it improves child's dental health in the future. The recent technologies such as audio-visual aids, videogames, mobile app and virtual reality can be used as an adjunct for conventional techniques due to its immersive, interesting and innovational capability in managing children with behavioral problems and allow dentists to perform effective treatment in a stress-free environment.
