Paul Huka Kalla was born in North-Horr among the Gabbra Pastoralist Community Of Northern Kenya. He has had a long history of teaching in Kenyan schools. He is currently a lecturer at University of Kabanga. He is currently a Student at CUEA pursuing PHD in Education Research and Evaluation.
