Susan Omondi, geboren in Kenia, kam 1997 nach Deutschland, um zu studieren. Mit mehr als achtzehn Jahren Erfahrung in namhaften Unternehmen weiß sie, auf welche Weise Diversität Menschen privat und geschäftlich berührt, ängstigt und teilweise sogar hemmt.Sie begeistert Menschen und Unternehmen für Digitalisierung, für das Qualitätsmanagement sowie für Ethik und Diversität im Design und in der Technologie als Keynote-Speakerin, Trainerin, Projektleiterin, Auditorin und Moderatorin.Das Thema Vielfalt und die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen geht sie trotz der Ablehnung, die sie selbst erfahren hat, sehr positiv an. Durch eigene Storys untermauert, begeistert sie Menschen mit tiefgründigen und zugleich humorvollen Beiträgen und Vorträgen. Ihre Fans nennen sie "lebensverändernd".
