Dr Emmanuel Chukwunyem Odiaka is a Communication Specialist with a PhD in Agric. Ext. and Comm. and works in Strategy and Governance section, Institute of Food Security, University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Nigeria where he lectures and does research. He consults, has several publications and professional certificates and is married with children.
