In many continents, malaria is still a public health problem. The disease leads to death of so many people. In Africa, the prevalence of malaria is still high. In the developing countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, favourable environmental factors aid the transmission of malaria and other mosquito-borne diseases. Many species of mosquitoes are vectors of protozoan, some viruses, and filarial worms. Hence, this work investigated malaria and the species diversity of man-biting mosquitoes in some communities in the Tropical Africa. Control measures also proffered.
