On 18-02-1973,I Eliningaya Kweka was born in Nshara village,Hai district, Kilimanjaro region. I persuaded primary education in Monduli district (1981-1987), Secondary education from 1988 to 1991. High school, July1992-May1994. In 1995-99 at University of Dar-Es-salaam for BSc degree. In 2004-2006, I joined Tumaini University for Master¿s degree.
