The surface roughness is considered to be one of the major factors in the analysis of machining capabilities of any machine. Thus the focus in this research has been primarily on the effect of machining parameters on a machined surface quality. The selected process is end milling of a semi-circular trajectory and 5-block on Al2024 T351 and Al 6061T3 with carbide tool on 5-axis hybrid parallel kinematic machine.
