This research on "the logics of actors in the field of Therapeutic Education "ETP" of people living with type 2 diabetes (PVD2) in Cameroon", was born from the observation that the actors in the field of "ETP" have remained in a biomedical approach to care, while this, theoretically, is part of a complex approach to care. From this observation emerges the problem of the difficult paradigmatic transmutation. Hence the following research question: what are the reasons for the difficult transmutation of the actors from the biomedical paradigm to the complex paradigm of "TVE" care? The epistemological orientation chosen is that of the actors' logics, which leads us to recognize that the multiplicity and divergence of actors' logics explain the difficult paradigmatic transmutation of actors in the field of "TVE". Our main objective is to understand, through the logics of actors, the reasons that explain the difficult paradigmatic transmutation of actors in the field of "TVE".
