It must be appreciated however that, Local Government in South Africa has improved significantly over the past two decades. More people have access to clean portable water, have decent sanitation, have access to road infrastructure, more households are connectedto the electricity grids and indeed, South Africa is a rainbow nation embracing peace and love.
