This study presents in an unprecedented way the objective of drying the skin of C. limettioides Tan. applying mathematical models, quantifying the total phenolic and flavonoid content and evaluating the antimicrobial potential of a stable nanoemulsion by a low energy method.through the results obtained it could be determined that the mathematical model of Logarithm was the best fit to the experimental data. The total phenolic content quantified was 75.124 mg EAT g-1 and flavonoids 99.22 mg TEQ g-1. EO and nanoemulsion showed fungicidal activity against all the tested microorganisms. The…mehr

The results obtained demonstrate the potential required for the application of EO and nanoemulsion of C. limettioides Tan skin as antimicrobial, furthering the potential of EO application.
