This research study "Legal Regulatory Enhancement of Society's Security in Lithuania" is aimed at revealing and analyzing the legal and administrative aspects of ensuring public security in Lithuania. In the author's opinion, the research results obtained could be useful for a legislator and public governance institutions, implementing the legal acts in the field of public security. It would be expedient to use the results of this work in the modernisation of the field of public security, thus improving the condition of public security; hence, work results would be of significance for civic society as well. The author expects that this study will become the source of useful knowledge and as a methodical material is devoted to the students of bachelor and master studies, stimulating their creative thinking and real actions in the creative process; to students of doctoral students, teachers, to the needs of the employees from the institutions of the systems of public governance, law enforcement and law and order; as well as for protection of democratic values and respect to human rights in such important area as ensuring of peace and security in the society.
