Asfaw Abera (MSc) é Supervisor Principal no Banco Nacional da Etiópia (NBE) com mais de dez anos de experiência na regulação e supervisão de instituições financeiras. Desde julho de 2013, dirige a unidade de licenciamento e supervisão da locação financeira no NBE. É também responsável pelo desenvolvimento de políticas de regulação e supervisão da locação financeira.
