21st century land grab is a phenomenal event which is caused by different global factors. the global food price hike, the global financial crisis, speculations and the bio fuel initiative are the major global factors. Antene Derese Ayane, graduated LL.B degree in laws (distinction) from Hawassa University,Ethiopia, in 2009. I have also studied LL.M in ¿Law and Development' in 2013 from Warwick-Mekelle Universities Joint LL.M program. I am working as instructor of laws in Debre Markos University, School of Law, Ethiopia, since September 2009.
