A fundamental part of this research was the selection of the ideal principal to answer the question posed. Therefore, the function of a principal represents an important advance in education since, as an educational leader, he/she must use his/her knowledge to promote the efficiency of the teacher, the adequate execution of educational programs, the timely diagnosisof problems that arise, the evaluation and the optimal development of the educational project of the institution he/she directs.
