Docteur Hatim Souktani est un bejaadi d'origine, ophtalmologiste,docteur en droit privé et diplômé en sciences politiques et en gouvernance européenne à Science Po Grenoble. Il préside l'Institut méditerranéen des sciences criminelles. Auteur d'une dizaine d'ouvrages et de plusieurs publications scientifiques internationales.
