In recent years we can see that everything we do is based on the internet especially the communication processes and it is in this part where students with hearing impairment by their condition do not find a correct guide for use as they are also part of a society and need to communicate, make friends using the current media like all young people and therein lies the importance of having a manual that informs them about everything they can find to be users of these social networks. The proposal consists in the elaboration of a manual.

As a professional, I have been characterized by participating in the teaching and learning process of students with special educational needs, taking as a starting point the analysis that favors an adequate intervention, likewise, I have been part of working groups in activities and linkage projects.
