El autor, Echude Daniel, es un biólogo de la conservación apasionado por la investigación medioambiental, especialmente por las actividades antropogénicas que interfieren en el ecosistema. Actualmente está llevando a cabo una investigación de doctorado sobre los impactos de los herbicidas a base de glifosato en los servicios del ecosistema y los macroartrópodos del suelo en Yaba, capital federal, Abuja, Nigeria.
