Maxwell C.C. Musingafi is the vice chairperson of the Zimbabwe Open University Masvingo Campus Academic Research and Publications Coordinating Committee (ZOU MC ARPCC). The committee is responsible for coordinating all academic research and publications in the ZOU Masvingo regional campus.
