Tian Wei is Professor in School of Management, Fudan University. Her research interests cover cross-border acquisitions and corporate social entrepreneurship. She has published in leading management journals, including Journal of Management Studies and British Journal of Management. She has served as an editor for Management and Organization Review, and Asian Case Research Journal. Maoliang Bu is Associate Professor at Nanjing University. He has published in leading academic journals including Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS) and Strategic Management Journal (SMJ). He has served as an editor for Journal of Business Ethics, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and Journal of International Management.
