Forje is a University Lecturer, Researcher and Consultant with academic qualifications from the universities of Hull, Salford(UK) Lund (Sweden);Diploma from the College of Graphic Arts and Printing Copenhagen (Denmark)and a Diploma from the Advance School of Public Management (ISMP) Yaounde (Cameroon),Research Fellow at ACDESS, Nigeria.
