Dr. Rob Goodfellow is an author, writer, researcher and well-known consultant on risk management and cross-cultural transactions, based in Australia. Peter O'Neill, OAM, is an Australian-based arts administrator with over forty years' experience in the development, management and leadership of art museums and representative organizations within the arts and cultural sector.
