Bill Granger ist als Koch Autodidakt. Sein erstes eigenes Restaurant eröffnete er, als er gerade einmal 22 Jahre jung war. Heute betreibt er drei Restaurants in Sydney und drei in Japan. Seine drei Kochsendungen werden weltweit in 30 Ländern ausgestrahlt.
