Such learning groups are made when learners are expected to complete specific tasks like assignment paper and writing a report. The group members work to gather until the task is finished. In formal learning groups, on the other hand, are made primarily for carrying out some social purpose activities whenever people interact in any situation. For example, students might discuss their nearby for a very short time on issues raised by their teacher. Group work is one way of organizing the class for doing various tasks inside and outside of the class. Furthermore, when learners are doing tasks to gather in group, there will be communication through language skills like speaking and listening.

O autor nasceu em Janeiro de 1982 em HumboTebela, Wolaita Zone na SNNPR da Etiópia. Frequentou a sua educação primária em Tebela e a sua escola secundária em Soddo Comprehensive High School. Concluiu o seu B.Ed em inglês na Universidade de Haramaya. Após dois anos de ensino de inglês, ingressou na Universidade Haramaya em 2009 para prosseguir o mestrado.
