Our goal by writing this laboratory biochemistry guide is to present a series of biochemistry experiments that represent a fairly wide range of this field. Students will come through the experiment with the basic principles of biochemistry. The experiments are designed so that, through bibliographic research, to face, a multidimensional study of the interpretation of each experiment. In this way, the student in each field can analyze and deepen his knowledge from the perspective of his interest.

Athanassios A. Panagiotopoulos is a M.Sc chemist. He earned degree in Chemistry in July 2014 at University of Crete, Greece, with "Excellent, 9.30 / 10.0", the highest degree since the foundation of this department. He earned Master of Science in the same department, in March 2016, in the field of bioinorganic chemistry.
