Our goal by writing this laboratory biochemistry guide is to present a series of biochemistry experiments that represent a fairly wide range of this field. Students will come through the experiment with the basic principles of biochemistry. The experiments are designed so that, through bibliographic research, to face, a multidimensional study of the interpretation of each experiment. In this way, the student in each field can analyze and deepen his knowledge from the perspective of his interest.
