Charles Bladen is an international academic, researcher and business consultant specialising in customer experience design. James Kennell is Reader in Events and Hospitality at the University of Surrey, UK. Emma Abson is Senior Lecturer on the Events Management courses at Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Nick Wilde is Dean of Sports Business Management at the Global Institute of Sport in London, and a Visiting Professor at the Real Madrid Business School.
