Susana Martín Gijón (Sevilla, 1981) es autora de la serie policiaca Más que cuerpos, compuesta hasta la fecha por dos trilogías. Su novela Expediente Medellín (2017) fue ganadora del Premio Cubelles Noir 2018 a la mejor novela publicada en castellano. Su novela Náufragos fue finalista de varios premios y sus derechos fueron vendidos para una adaptación audiovisual. Licenciada en Derecho, fue directora general del Instituto de la Juventud de Extremadura y presidenta del Comité contra el Racismo, la Xenofobia y la Intolerancia. Con Progenie, Alfaguara Negra inicia la publicación de su obra.
