Dr. Marvin W.Lidawan is a Doctor of Education, MA English and a BA English graduate at Pangasinan State University, Baguio Central University Lyceum Northwestern University, respectively. He hails from Baguio City, Benguet, Cordillera Administrative Region, Republic of the Philippines. Lidawan has been teaching English Language for almost 26 years.
