The study further demonstrated that boys performed better than girls. and : The results showed that Physical Education programme improves health-related fitness component of abdominal strength endurance levels of persons with physical disabilities. The study recommends that Physical Education should be encouraged in all schools even those involving persons with physical disabilities. Physical Education lessons should be allocated more time on the school timetable.

A autora tem uma licenciatura em Educação Física e um mestrado em Ciências do Desporto pela Universidade Kenyatta do Quénia e está atualmente a fazer um doutoramento em Actividades Físicas Adaptadas na Universidade Masinde Muliro de Ciência e Tecnologia. Tem mais de 30 anos de experiência no ensino e na administração desportiva em escolas de formação de professores e universidades no Quénia.
