Like other games and sports, the players of kho-kho need special training to improve appropriate skills and to enhance performance. It is needless to say that research-based training is the main limitations of this game. A negligible amount of research evidence about scientific training method for this game has been scattered in the Indian literature. In this piece of research the investigator attempted a scientific approach to examine the effect of selected kho-kho skills circuit training programme on some physical fitness variables of Jr .kho-kho players. The results of this experiment are interesting and informative. It is the out growth of the investigator's interest in the game of kho-kho. It is expected that the result of the present investigation may be helpful to those who are interested to develop their physical fitness abilities.
