Classical Yoga or Astanga Yoga (Yoga of eight limbs) is mainly the type of Yoga such as Y ama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi outlined in the highly influential (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, White, David Gordon, 2014) Yoga could come from the outside and appear as just a physical exercise to tone the body, but its benefits lies buried only to be unravelled with persistent practice.
