Correlational method was used for analysis to infer the crux of the problem. The sample size was 341. Adolescent girls belonging to 19-21 years of age is the cohort of the study. A self-administered questionnaire was used to seek socio-demographic, health profile and dietary pattern. Standard instruments and procedures were used for analysis of blood and body composition. The finding of the study revealed that 77 percent were anemic, 22 percent obese and 17 percent both anemic and obese. Within the obese individual 80 percent were also anemic which is indicative of dual burden of anemia and obesity.
