The Author: Jan Krönig holds Master's degrees in business administration from the University of St. Gallen and the University of Miami. He finished his doctoral thesis in 2001 on the role of incentive systems in knowledge management at the University of St. Gallen. He works for McKinsey and focuses on consumer goods and telecommunication industries.
