This study attempts to determine what factors affect the borrower's repayment performance of microfinance in sub-urban areas of Yangon, Myanmar. To analyze the performance of borrowers' repayment, it is used the logit regression model. This study gathered the data of 400 respondents of microfinance clients in suburban areas of crowded city Yangon. Results of the study showed that health problem, female borrowers, multiple loans and lack of group pressures were found to be highly bad repayment performance of microfinance clients of its institution.
