My interested field of research study is clients' satisfaction towards health care services at public and/or private health care facility in my nation. The findings on different satisfactory level towards varieties of health care related services namely cleanliness and amenities of health facility, manner of the staffs including medical professions, booking and waiting system, availability of medicines and medical equipment, standard of curative medical services, the overall hospital related cost and so on; would allow to explore the particular health care services required to be improved and those which are already at high level of clients' satisfaction.
