ROBERT O. BRINKERHOFF, Ed.D., an internationally recognized expert in evaluation and training effectiveness, has provided consultation to dozens of major companies and organizations in Australia, Europe, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singa- pore, South Africa, and the United States.
