The aim of this study was to compare the classroom environment of public and private Universities. For this study, a self made questionnaire was used. 150 students from public Universities (Punjab University, University of Education And Lahore College University for Women) and 150 students from private universities (University of Management And Technology, University of Lahore and The (Beaconhouse National University). The data was collected by the Researcher by filling up the questionnaire and then analyzed with the help of SPSS (statistical package for social sciences). The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant difference between the classroom environment of public and private universities. The statistical analysis determines the comparison between public and private sector universities and concluded that the classroom environment of private universities is better than the public universities.
