Jamal AL Eid was born in Baghdad in 1958. He received the BSc in Civil Engineering from UK in 1982, BSc in Computer Science from University of Al Mustanseryiah, Baghdad, Iraq 2001. He received Cisco certificates CCNA 1, 2, 3, 4 and CCNP 1, 2, 3, 4 from Cisco Networking Academy at Halmstad University, Sweden in 2011 and MSc in Network Engineering.
