QI Ye (齐晔), Ph.D. (1994) in Environmental Science, State University of New York and Syracuse University, is Cheung Kong Professor of Environmental Policy at Tsinghua University School of Public Policy and Management, and Director of the Climate Policy Institute at Tsinghua. He publishes extensively on climate change and environmental policy in China.
