Mr. Didace Mugisha holds masters of science degree in Public Health, bachelors degree in Population Studies and an advanced diploma in Medical Imaging. He is senior consultant in public health disciplines and researcher, also a lecturer at University of Rwanda. The author is involved into several research and community activities.
