The prevalence of stunting in children aged 6-23 months in Babakan Madang, Bogor, Indonesia is in the high category (33.2%). There is a relationship between the variable integrated health service visitation with the incidence of stunting, while there is no relationship between other variables with the incidence of stunting. The dominant factor of stunting is integrated in health service visits. Children who irregularly visit integrated health services are of 2.102 times higher risk of stunting than children who regularly visit integrated health services. So community health centers are expected to provide education for mothers of babies and toddlers about the importance of going to integrated health service, so that mothers are not reluctant to bringing their children to integrated health services. Suggestion for the integrated health service is expected to be able to set a regular time each month for the implementation, for example every 10th or every 2nd week on Monday every month, so that mothers of babies and toddlers can easily remember the schedule and if there is a schedule change, it will be reported immediately.
