SO, we had a children's book, with a screenplay in it.We began to use it as a teaching tool for high risk youth and their families, both those who came to our equine therapy programs and those that were not able to get to the stable.Some years later, we wrote a new book train people to start their own equine therapy programs, and included some of Carousel Horse into that manual.Then Covid19 came, and we started getting calls from people who had their own problems with children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews who had no school to attend, and felt they needed help. We even got email from adults who had been through our programs and said, HEY, people need you. We revised Carousel Horse to 2020 for parents, and others, to read and have children and teens work with them to read the screenplay together.
