This study aims to explain the socioeconomic and occupational conditions of female care workers in Honduras. It is a mixed research design. It includes data from the September 2022 Encuesta Permanente de Hogares de Propósitos Múltiples (EPHPM) and the 2018 II Encuesta Centroamericana de Condiciones de Salud y Trabajo (II ECCST), as well as in-depth interviews with women organized in the Red de Trabajadoras Domésticas de Honduras (RTD) and interviews with public officials.
