Hilda Glickman is a university lecturer and nutritionist. She teaches trainee teachers and others on the degree module Childhood at the Open University. She has also tutored children of all ages in maths, science and English. During this time, she was also a SATS examiner. Because she realised how important nutrition is for health she also trained as a nutritionist and went on to teach at a nutrition college. In her nutrition practice, she helped hundreds of people improve their health. Having three grown up children herself, she understands the challenges that face parents today in trying to give their children the most nutritious food and the best start in life.
