The outcome suggested the promising effect of the Blended Learning program on fostering Communication Skills of undergraduate students of Engineering at Gujarat. Implementing blended Learning in Gujarat, India, requires a radical shift in the educational system, including changes to policy, curriculum, infrastructure, and university culture. The development should involve instructors, students, and administrators.
