The question of the legal and bioethical elements necessary for the good judicial practice of the High Courts is a constant in academic scenarios. One criterion for addressing this question is to take into account the importance of an enriched argumentation that reflects the Ratio Decidendi of the judgments handed down by the High Courts. In this way, the creation of a National Council of Bioethics arises as a pertinent creation, which will promote a scenario of interdisciplinary dialogue, providing the Law with new sources from which to draw. There is a need for research, scientific and academic interaction between Law and other disciplines, as Bioethics is currently taking on a relevant role in legal thinking, to the extent that it elucidates the human from the point of view of social ethics. For its part, Law is a legal discipline that listens to social signs. It is therefore necessary to advance a dialogue between these disciplines in order to address human, ethical and moralproblems that go hand in hand with social evolution.
