Gene G. Bradbury. This is the seventh children's book written by the author. He also has had stories published in several children's magazines including: Humpty Dumpty, Primary Treasure, Cricket, Chickadee, and others. In addition to these, Gene has published three poetry chapbooks and a collection of short stories. He has three daughters and two grandchildren. He lives with his wife, Deborah, in the Pacific Northwest. ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR: This is Hannah Bradbury's second illustrated book. Hannah did the line drawings for the middle-grade novel, 'Cloud Climber', also by Gene Bradbury. She has been drawing since she was a young child. She and her husband, Craig Kinney Gring, teach English in various countries. Hannah has traveled widely and enjoys writing about her experiences in a travel blog. She and Craig live in the Pacific Northwest when they are in the United States.
