Mark L. M. Blair, PhD, JD (Anishinaabe), is a professor of practice and associate director of the Master of Legal Studies and the BA Law programs at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. Mary Jo Tippeconnic Fox, PhD (Comanche/Cherokee), is an enrolled citizen of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma, research professor of American Indian Studies, and an affiliated faculty in Gender and Women Studies at the University of Arizona. Kestrel A. Smith, PhD, is the department chair of the American Indian Indigenous Studies (AIIS) program at Wenatchee Valley College at Omak. She holds an MA and PhD in American Indian studies, both from the University of Arizona.
