The need to diversify tourism activities and offers has led to the emergence of new tourism modalities, among which agrotourism emerges as one of the most unique, as it provides tourists with interactive and cognitive experiences about the traditions of life in the rural world. The general objective of this book is to elaborate a procedure for the design of an agrotourism product centered in the rural area, which will allow the use of the natural, historical-cultural and agricultural resources existing in the area.According to Ramírez and Pérez (2014), agrotourism is a specific sub-modality of rural tourism, which is carried out in agricultural facilities, farms, cooperatives or estates, where the visitor's motivation is focused on agricultural and livestock practices, with the knowledge and enjoyment of the cultural traditions linked to agriculture. In addition, food and lodging services are provided, all of which bring additional income to the farmer.
