Katie Marie Brown is a children's picture book author who created the T-Rex and Tuck Explore series. She is a firm believer in positive self-talk and positive affirmations. She hopes to inspire kids to enjoy the love of reading and to believe in themselves. She ends every in-person story time by reciting, "I am brave. I am strong. I am smart. I am kind." with the children. She currently lives in Missouri with her husband, two kids, and three dogs.
